This hotel in Akademgorodok is a great choice for attendees of scientific conferences. The location is perfect, close to the marshrutka station for easy transportation. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, some even speak excellent English. The rooms on the higher floors offer a nice view and are equipped with basic amenities. In the morning, breakfast is satisfying with a variety of options available. Value for money is definitely a plus here.

The view from my top floor room at Zolotaya Dolina - Akademgorodok was breathtaking, overlooking the lush forest and the new NSU buildings. The room itself was comfortable, and the beds provided a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the small refrigerator in the room, perfect for storing drinks and snacks. The location in Akademgorodok was convenient for my business needs in the area. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect location for scientific conferences. It's within walking distance to the conference venue, which is very convenient. The room is clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding. The bathroom has a functioning shower, and toiletries are provided. Breakfast is decent and offers enough variety, with tasty omelets and freshly baked bread. Plus, the front desk staff is friendly and helpful, especially with providing information about the surrounding area.

The hotel could use some modern updates to match the fast-changing times and meet guests' expectations.

Value for money: This hotel offers great value for money, especially if you're on a tight budget like I was. It's much more affordable than the central hotels in Novosibrisk, and you still get a decent place to stay.

Room security: Although everything else was great, one aspect that could be improved is the room security. The door lock in my room looked like it had been tampered with, which was a bit concerning.

Stayed during Easter and there were chocolates in the room, which was a nice touch. The hotel is located in a quiet green area and some rooms have nice views of the trees.

Great hotel for a city break! Nice location close to universities with plenty of dining options nearby. They offer a fantastic breakfast buffet with lots of options. Fast and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, which makes it very convenient to stay connected.

The hotel staff could not speak English well. This made it difficult to communicate and ask for help at times.

We had a wonderful stay here in this hotel during our recent visit to this city. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities to make our stay comfortable. We were impressed by the ample parking space and convenient transportation available near the hotel. The location proved to be perfect for us as it was very close to the scientific conference we were attending.
